Firmco operates through two divisions:
The Contracts Division undertakes major refurbishment and construction projects where the complexity and extent of the work is such that the project requires a number of specialist disciplines. Projects are controlled by a resident Site Manager supported by both a Contracts Manager and a Quantity Surveyor.

The Special Works Division is structured to provide a complementary service for a more flexible approach to projects of a smaller scale. Here the team will comprise of a working Site Manager who is supported by a Project Supervisor, Quantity Surveyor and Divisional Director.
